Statesman News Service SILIGURI/KOLKATA, 1 OCT: In a new twist to the alliance politics of the Opposition parties in the state, the Congress today managed to win the posts of both mayor and chairman of Siliguri Municipal Corporation (SMC) with support from Left Front councillors, leaving a question mark on the future of its alliance with the Trinamul till the 2011 Assembly elections.
