Fifteen tourists, including four children, were seriously injured on Sunday night after their bus hit a lorry on NH-34 in Uttar Dinajpur district, police said.
The tourists from West Midnapore district were returning after a trip to Darjeeling when a speeding lorry hit them and the bus fell into a ditch.
All the tourists were taken to Raigunj district hospital after the accident, police said adding that besides 15 of them rest were released after a first-aid.
The condition of the 15 tourists, which included four kids, are stated to be serious by the hospital authorities.
